Lucy and Sam bring a mix of hands-on care and growth-focused vision to FPA, working together to source and manage their properties often with a little help from their two boys, Joey and Max, who love getting involved whenever they can!
Lucy keeps everything running smoothly, overseeing daily operations, managing staff (and keeping Sam on track!), and handling admin and accounts.
Sam focuses on expanding the business, raising finance, and project-managing refurbishments, ensuring every property is finished to a high standard with thoughtful design and prompt delivery.
